Blue Cave

Blue Cave is a fascinating cave on the eastern side of the island Bisevo in the bay Balun.
Available since 1884 when external input was opened and since then it is possible to enter inside with small boats.
The second entrance is expanding, below sea level.

Sun passes through it and light reflection from the bottom makes a wonderful effect of blue color in the interior of the cave.

Today, the Blue Cave is world-famous tourist attraction and inevitable destination in Dalmatia.
Each summer attracts about 100 000 visitors from all over the world. Away from the Split 2 hours by fast boat.
